The ad campaign creates an emotional connection with customers through storytelling, highlighting meaningful moments in people’s lives. Close-up shots and black-and-white photography keep the focus on emotions, free from distraction. The imagery emphasizes facial expressions, capturing tears of sadness, joy, and sentiment. The cursive font, resembling a handwritten note, adds a personal, comforting touch, showing that Kleenex is there for life’s emotional moments.
